The Career Development Center (CDC) at Raparin Technical and Vocational Institute (RTVI) recently organized a two-day workshop aimed at enhancing students’ employability skills and guiding them toward the world of work.
The workshop, titled “How to Start My Own Business,” helped students explore how to develop business ideas and build the foundation for their own entrepreneurial journey.
It was led by Dr. Shwan Akoei, an expert in business and entrepreneurship, who provided valuable insights and practical guidance to inspire and equip participants for future success.
